During the first few days, I always make sure I'm bombarding my body with lemonade or water. Since you can have 6-12 lemonades, there shouldn't ever be a need to feel hungry. Mental cravings are another matter entirely! Those are the worst! The first
Master-Cleanse I did, I craved cheese the entire time. The second one, I was more mentally prepared and didn't crave much of anything. Maybe an occassional thing here or there, but nothing a lemonade didn't curb! ;)
Try to rest the first few days if you are feeling slightly off. Detox baths/footbaths are good when the headaches come.
