SO I have digestion issues and suffer from "incomplete evacuation".
I have tried digestive enzymes, triphala ( still using), aloe vera juice, cayenne pepper with some honey ( still using)
Now I am thinking of Slipper Elm. Does it help. I really want to feel healthy. I feel sick and bloated all the time, because I cant evacuate completely.
I also drink plenty of warm water ( with some lemon and honey) to stimulate my bowels. I want to play it safe and not take any harmful/habit forming herbs. I am gonna continue flushing my liver....
back to question, is Slippery Elm helpful in digestion? Any testomonies of using it successfully.
