First of all you won't probably know when you die so there may be no fear.

With full memory of my last death and of being between lives it was not unlike the out-of-body experiences that some have reported. What happened was that I was suddenly above my body looking down on it and then I was in the Spirit in darkness and my next life was shown to me like a line drawn out in front with all the ups and downs and dates and time when things would happen clearly marked out. That was the scarry bit as it was so beautiful where I was that I really did not want to come back. But I did because I needed to tell people what it is like to die and return. It is all the confusion from people who do not know what it is like to die that makes people scarred. In my experience there is no heaven, hell, devil, angels or saints and the after-life is reality.
