They have no idea what causes costo, but it can be very debilitating. I truly believe it is a symptom of other things happening in the body. It mimics gallbladder disease, and sometimes heart attack.

I also believe that many people that end up in the Liver Flush Forum might be experiencing costo but think there is something wrong with their gallbladders (so did I) :-). But I did have a diagnosis of fatty liver, and so I did liver flushes. I think they are exceptional.

But I think costo can come from the bowels or the lungs or other inflammatory problems too. That's how I found curezone, and I'm happy to say that after 4 years of chronic, intense pain, I am pain free now for 8 months. I feel very fortunate, and try to spread the word on other forums. Unfortunately they are very resistive to alternative medicines, and take so many drugs you wouldn't even believe it.
