I was TRYING to do the protocols--but I did a stupid thing. I decided it was time to do an enema and I ASSuMEd my enema bag was clean, rinsed it lightly with hydrogen peroxide and water, did a rather unsuccessful coffee enema, started hurting, checked tubing, (slit it open, all) and it was moldy. Yes, I know better.
Since then I've taken slippery elm, ginger, cinamon, a little coconut oil, water with celtic salt.(as per suggested on ask curezone) I took some bentonite clay, but that probably wasn't such a good idea. I'm about to head for bed now--my abdominal area is pretty tender, and my throat a bit scratchy.
If you have any suggestions for what I do tomorrow, or any thoughts about what mold does or doesn't do....perhaps you could share them. A friend and I have discussed whether or not one cuts mold off fruit, and we decided you just toss it, and now I've done this stupid thing to myself. Wonder how my pH will test tomorrow. Ah, the stress of stupid mistakes. Anyway, I wondered what you might suggest.
The good news: I've been doing the alkalizing drink, and taking the kelp, using pH strips and trying to eat better. This is just a little set back on the road to health. At least I had the energy to try an enema.
