This is a reply to # 723,687Hi Invincible, thanks for your suggestion. I did look at Le Creuset cast iron frying pan but I thought it was covered in a non stick surfaceyour thoughts please - and I thought that the non stick was bad for the health. ? Yes, I agree, a glass one would be incredible. I have looked but nothing yet.

MoreThis is a reply to # 723,689is enamalled(?), which is a kind of glaze. Though some is non-stick coated.
You wouldn't really like a glass/pyrex pan for frying as it heats unevenlly and things will stick.
Its good for a butter warmer or making chocolate sauce.
