You can see the list ingredients at obeynature.com on the formulas page or at mhdewormer.com, not really a recipe though. I think you would need to consult one of Dr. Christopher's books for the recipe.
How often you take would depend on what you are taking it for I believe. There are many ways to use the BF&C formula.

This is a reply to # 720,176I believe this one was a Dr. John R. Christopher original. Sadly they have been out of business and the formulas changed somewhat. You can buy a Christopher book and learn to make it, or it can be purchased fairly close to the original formula or custom made to the exact formula.
