I know, I know....4 days is no big accomplishment. For me it is. I've tried before and never made it through the second day.
And I feel better than I have in years. Today I was out walking barefoot in the park, plainting strawberries and tomatoes in my garden, sun gazing. Glorious spring day here in Tennessee, I couldn't make myself stay indoors. All the trees are blooming and the grass is green.
Nothing spectacular has happened during the fast so far. I have lost 6 pounds.
My goal is 7 days, but if I still feel good after 7 maybe I will go for 14 or 21 or who knows.
