I just ordered the dewormer, and lower balance a few days ago. I was hoping it would come in time so I could start cleansing a few days before the full moon since I have been reading about the benefits of parasite cleansing during this time. I just read on another forum that tomorrow is the Spring Equinox and that is the best time to start. So should I start cleansing tomorrow of wait until the 23rd (Wed).
I haven't received the dewormer yet.. but I thought if I didn't receive my order in time, I would just start with eating pineapple, raw pumkin seeds, and use some left over parastroy caplets I have. I am so confused. I'm just learning about all of this and I feel discouraged by all of this info and me trying to get it right.
So here are some options I am considering. Please post your imput.
OPTIONS:
-Start MC tomorrow with OOO and parastroy
-Go on Pineapple/pumkin seed cleanse with parastroy tomorrow and OOO
-Just drink the MC Beverage and eat pineapples and pumpkin seeds tomorrow and OOO.
-Start OJ Fast adding OOO
-Drink OJ, pineapples, and pumkin seeds plus OOO tomorrow.
-All of the above options but start on Wed.
In the event I receive my dewormer soon.. I would just use the dewormer in place of the parastroy stuff.
I'm so tired and feeling lousy. I'm ready for transformation. Thanks.

MoreThis is a reply to # 719,021I did a bowel cleanse a few months ago and have been doing maitenance since. I have at least 3 very health BM's daily without taking another for it other than dietary changes. In my initial post I am quite confused about the cleanses I should be doing. Should I maybe start with a Liver flush tomorrow before the parasite cleanse with the dewormer?? and then flush again 5 days after the dewormer?

This is a reply to # 719,021It does no harm to follow the cycles, but the cleanses work any day of the month just fine. No need to get in a hurry, relax and just sit in the Sun when you can.
Skipping lunch and breakfast will be a greater aid than most anything else you can do.

MoreThis is a reply to # 719,112My first choice of schooling books explains that breakfast and lunch harm the liver and the evening meal is the only meal digested during the sleep, that we digest nothing while standing or awake.

The information on no breakfast, no lunch and only digesting food while sleeping was peer reveiwed by Harvard, Yale, and The Rockerfeller Institute and found indepently to be correct. As the old doctors stated, "They" (the organized hospitals) do everything backwards. Makes you wonder if they want you well so they don't make money or if they want you ill? The public schools have the same record.

This is a reply to # 719,155I think I'm past the point of wondering. I've been hearing a lot of stories lately from family and friends about cancer patients going into remission after periods of "not being able to eat." Of couse everyone credits the chemo therapy or some other complicated and expensive medical practice with the remission and subsequent recovery, and can't see that perhaps the fasting did them some good.

If you eat one good meal, you never loose weight that is you. Hopefully you loose all waste and morbid matters.
By one good meal, I mean fruits or berry.

because I read awhile ago that our bodies assimilate more vitamins from our foods from the last meal of the day- and they say calcium is best absorbed at night while we sleep. I guess the vitamins in our earlier meals dont get absorbed as much as compared to the last meal. Our Western standard of living has us thinking we need three meals a day.
Are you familiar with Dr. Bragg? she mentions first thing in the morning to drink applecidar vinegar in water . And keep from solid foods til later, Maybe raw juice at noon.

Apple cider vinegar can be used, but not by those on a natural diet.

This is a reply to # 719,021I hope you don't mind if I intervene here: my understanding (and I have read the Stanley Borroughs book two times and read the MC forum for months) is that you are not to do ANYTHING else while on the MC, and to add to that, MH is not an advocate of the MC. His is the orange juice fast. Those in the MC forum do not advocate parasite cleansing or anything else, ESPECIALLY anything that requires digestion while MCing. So maybe you should decide which is more important to you--parasite cleansing or MCing. (Because the MC is not a parasite thing anyway) Also, my understanding is that the first cleansing that you are to do (read the Clark protocol above) is a parasite cleanse, along with kidney cleanse. Then you liver flush and then you can fast.
