I did my 4th liver flush. It was amazing. This time I was better prepared, had been doing an oj fast a few days prior.
I found a better tasting lighter olive oil from spain that went down easier. And added 1/4 teaspoon of powdered vitamin C to kill the taste of the epsom.
Well the next day was a TRIP, using a collender I collected half a cup of stones and lost count of all the chaff. Only a few large, lima bean size stones, most were pea green and smaller then a pea, a few nastly darker stones came out. I was glad I used a colender to collect the stones. I put the stones in a clear plastic cup in a plastic bag. Now when I look at that half cup of nasty stones I am so GLAD I did the liver cleanse.
I never want that gunk in my liver or gallbladder. Looking at the stones motivates me to continue juice fast and super clean diet and gives me a clue as to how important the prep for the cleanse is.
I followed
Hulda Clark s protocol exactly as stated and lost my shoulder pain and feel much lighter and better. Also an earlier chlophyll enema got a lot of "mud" out of my system during the orange juice fast prior to the liver cleanse.
Not sure what the "mud" was, yet I sure see how keeping it you could make people sick.
It seems the prep is important in the liver cleanse. I am going to save all my stones from the
Liver Flushes untill I get 2000 stones out, roughly, as
Hulda Clark reccommends.
Hulda Clark deserves a Nobel Prize for publishing and perfecting the liver flush.
