The idea of"judgement" is an ongoing process..."as you sow...so shall you reap"... which is the essence of karma. It's not really so much judgement but a balancing system as we create our reality.

In answer to has anyone benefited from past life regression...

I recall reading a book written by a hypnotherapist - psycologist? He was trying to help a woman
over come her fear of water. Dispite extensive therapy she wasn't improving. Finally, while she
was under hypnosis, he directed her to go back to the event that caused her fear.
She found herself in a former life running from a tidal wave with her infant in her arms.
The wave tore her child from her arms and she drowned. After uncovering this event the
doctor was able to help her with her fear. Not sure but think his name is Wiess Weiss?
