Personally in order to find out I'd go to either a very well-known energy worker, or a past-life regressionist, or a hypnotist to find out. I don't know what they mean, but my guess it that the meaning is personal - known only to your husband. I mean, if 2 people are blind in this life, their soul reasons for doing so are probably completely different. So, two people with the same type of moles would have 2 separate agendas for having them.
