Great username!...I wondered if you were from SanFran and then I read your intro. I lived on Sutter at Presidio almost 20 years ago...what a wonderful town!!! It's been so long since I was out your way that I can't recommend any healing folk for you to look up. But there are lots of them out there, that's for sure! If you really want to treat yourself, take a drive up north and visit the hot springs in Calistoga or Harbin. Calistoga is in wine country and famous for its mud baths...and Harbin is farther up north in the woods and has 3 clothing-optional outdoor pools that are filled with consecutively hotter water. Harbin is also the place that Watsu (shiatsu in the water) was developed, and they have a wide variety of healing services and body/energy workers.

BTW...the website I linked is not mine...but it has the translated lyrics to a song called La Adelita...and you can listen to it in Spanish if you have an audio player on your computer. It takes a little while to load...that may be why you thought it wasn't working.

And so you know...my Spanish is extremely limited...so don't assume I will understand you if you post in Spanish! ; )
