Someone posted a great link to an old Dr. Mercola article about bee pollen. If you read the article, be sure and scroll down about 1/4 of the page to the section that mentions strength and performance. Many Olympic athletes use bee pollen to enhance performance and strength. This, of course, makes me wonder what it might do for the MD patient. It looks like I'll be adding bee pollen to my lengthening list of natural supplements!

nutrients. I've been using it for
years. I grind up a spoonful in
my grinder, at the same time I grind
my flaxseed.
