I have used Creatine (creatinine monohydrate 2gms) with/in raw wheat grass juice and lots of water and little exercise and walking (as much as I can) for a period of 3 months. I want to mention here that I had in mind to increase muscular power and not muscular mass. The result was a little improvement in energy level which feels great.
I am also impressed with your posting on pumpkin seeds for muscles. Should the pumpkin seeds cover have to be removed or directly mixer powder of the seeds will do good as well. Since creatinine has to be used alternate every month, I am thinking of using both alternately during my IP in one of the juice. One month creatine and one month pumpkin seed powder.
How’s the idea ? Donna I want to do IP in such a way that I should be able to do it in a sustainable easy way so that I can continue doing it as much as possible and infuse it in life style whatever possible.
