I'm 35, and I currently weigh 185. I once weighed 210, but got down to 145 on Atkins. I took up running and did a couple of triathlons! But I quit smoking and started law school simultaneously, leading to a quick weight gain. I went from being active to sitting on my butt for 15 hours a day and STRESSING like I've never stressed before. My gallbladder was removed last August. I guess one of the things I'm curious about is this whole concept of liver flushing. Is that something that needs to be done if you have no gallbladder? Is it even MORE important? And does the fact that I have no gallbladder have any impact on the fasting process? Otherwise I have no diseases, unless you count ADD and a history of binge eating (no purging, though... not bulimic). Thanks!
