I know the first week will be strictly fruits and veggies but what do you think about this for afterwards?
Meal#1: kashi go lean, 1 banana, ffmilk, 1 tablspoon of wheat germ
Meal#2: 2 servings of fruit
Meal#3 3 cups lettuce, cucumber, scallions, vinegar, 1/2 cup chic peas, 10 small black olives
Meal#4 1 kashi trail bar
Meal#5 5
oz salmon and asparagus
DO u think I will gain more then 4 lbs while eating this? I plan to exercise alot..
