i go by my fattest weight of 175+ and i say plus because i know i was fatter than that and i bet i was 200 at least. i didnt have a scale at my fattest stage. i lost that just by cutting a med and a major junk food habit.
fasting has brough me down under 145 from my 155-160 range last year.
right now i just weighed myself at 152.
my last fast of 6 days took me down to 144. i started at 156/157.
at first i went all the way back up to 155 post fast and then its just starting to come off these past few days. im thinking its because my body is adjusting to the reintroduction of salt ( i did an o.j. fast) , i had some diet pop there and a bit of junk food that probably threw on a pound or two of water weight.
its just going to be hard after getting down past 145 as that is a healthy weight for me.
