after i did some short fasts (this one now is the big one)
i still continued to lose weight. then i went low carb. i lost more. but i couldnt afford the organic meat, was becoming chronically dehydrated and the regular meat was making me feel sick.
i was only 10
pounds overweight at my lowest low carb. but as soon as i ate carbs again it came back on. :( ( iwas 139 and the lowest weight for my frame should be 127)
i didnt eat like an angel anyway.(thanks lazy boyfriend that always orders pizza)
do you need to lose more weight than what 3 weeks would take off you?
oh yeh...i really didnt do much exercise at all. i am recovering from some joint issues and FINALLY just these past few months seem to be able to do exercise without pain.
