juice fasting is good for fruit and veggies.. not one or the other. listen to your body and change it up by the day or week. Remember also that if you have candida which i have learned most of us do if we have a hard time losing weight (only one of the many symptoms) that to many fruit juices such as oranges could irritate the problem.
I personally havent had a hard time with oranges. if i get that sweet tooth i find that drinking some fresh orange juice (from the juicer) over ice is awesome!
mix some yams in their and it becomes more creamy and frothy tasting.. put it in the freezer for awhile and you have a creamsicle taste! (you dont have to freeze it all the way of course)
also homemade v8 type drinks are great for you. juice onions, garlic, green onion for an added bite.. plus these tend to detoxify your body as well.. just dont use alot and change it up or down for your taste buds.
