ahh the back fat release! for me it was the first place i noticed went away with loss.
The Master Cleanse tastes just like lemonade.
i skip the salt water flush. instead i do a precleanse diet so i am not super toxic. and then i only need one 100% senna tea for three days. i drink a lot of water though to make sure i keep things moving. on the cayenne...i love hot stuff. but if i am not in the mood for it..i make my lemonade. put the cayenne in a shot glass pour some lemonade over it...and just take the shot. it instantly warms you up and wakes you up. i actually like it like this a lot better. if you ever get a head cold its a great decongestant too (cayenne pepper shot). and then i just drink my lemonade that is sooooooooo good.hot or cold. i sometimes leave the pulp in my lemonade too as it acts as a laxative. it will give you the hunger grumbles as it stimulates digestion...but i would rather be a bit grumbley than get dependant on senna tea to poo.
i have so much energy its crazy! and i feel giggley and good. unlike a draining water fast. the only negative thing is that i am sometimes sensitive. but its not anything worse than light pms.
i have done the
Master-Cleanse a couple times. i think its an ideal fast. especially if you dont want to mess around with balancing your juicing, or for people that may be nutritionally depleted anyway from a diet of refined fattening products.
you HAVE to try it sometime.
some people love that salt water flush..not me. it makes me want to barf and i get dizzy and it doesnt agree with me at all. i have a problem throwing up. its really hard for me to do. even when i am really sick. i am sure i would of otherwise everytime i tried that swf.
ahhh..you are making me want to do it right now! i am so excited to go on this long haul one.
