I would have to agree with you, although I had a menu plan set up, but yesterday I strayed from that to eat kidney beans instead of salmon! That's a plus to me, because if I "strayed" before it would be for the chips or donuts and such, but I didn't have any "craving" for those things. So, I got in about 480 yesterday, but on the scale it dropped only .2. So, no sure what I need to change, but I think I'll look back to Monday when I drop 3. I think I ate too late instead of starting in the morning (like I did on Monday) and every 3 to 4 hours. So, I will go back to doing that today. But I am impressed with our plans and as long as it works, it's awesome!
I won't let the scale discourage me (like I would let it in the past and start to go back to OLD eating habits, with the attitude of "oh well" this isnt working") and going to hang in there, they did say the weight loss in the beginning is very quick! There after it starts to slow down. So, thats ok. As long as it's still falling off:) (although slowly.............lol).
