Thanks for all the encouragement!
Im currently on day 3... yesterday i almost caved in! as my husband came home and it was about 8pm and i started to tell him that a pizza sounds great (i seen a pizza commercial with the slow moving camera on the sticky cheese lol) and i was salivating (i love pizza.. im 28 and still havent gotten over pizza like i was a kid! lol)
so i almost caved in.. as my husband doesnt encourage me to eat.. but we both make each other chubby lol.. as we love to cook for one another or please one another so in a sense we encourage each other to eat.
But he said we dont have the extra money right now to order a pie. So i went to the pantry and ALMOST ate a handful of plain chips. I dont even usually like plain chips as i like barbecue or something with taste anyways! so i went to the fridge and got out the sour cream and almost dipped and ate lol.
so instead i went to my garage and dug around for this old 1960's juice extractor that i have never even used before lol. the thing still looked brand new.. i cleaned it up.. and juiced some carrots/broccoli/and garlic (only one clove for its antioxidant benefits and more) and drank my little heart out. Today i juiced about 6oz of carrot juice as well to subside my cravings.
Im not drinking enough water as even before the fast i could eat much more than i could drink.. ive never been a water person and i have run out of lemons untill tommorow.
anyway i know im rambling but i needed the strength and writing on this forum truly helps me stay focused.
oh by the way i weighed myself this morning i am at 194lbs!
begining weight
between 203-205
in the past 2 wks i lost w/out fasting down to 198.
so starting fast weight 198lbs. Im at 194lbs in 2 1/2 days!
total about 10lbs.. :)

Anyone else have any juice combinations that taste great! i have always heard apples/carrots were great tasting..
but also that Kale was great for you. and tomatoe (on the vine) combinations were also great for your for the good acid that your body needs.
