It's Saturday! For me, that means time to get the tape measure out. I am pretty excited about the results. Some areas lost quite a bit in the last week; others nothing at all. But the progress is definitely evident!

Beginning Weight 242.5 (at the beginning of the first of 2-part fast.)
Highest Weight 251 (highest official weight, as far as I can remember)
Current Weight 215.5
I need to lose another 23.5
pounds before I stop fasting. Then I'll keep dropping with a high raw, small portions diet.
