Making progress... Weight is now at 221.5. Can't wait to see the 2-teens again!
I am still doing juice, but hope to switch back to the Master-Cleanse for a week soon. As soon as I get tired of using the juicer!
Overall weight loss is about 30 pounds (21 from this 2 part series of fasting). I'm staying on the fast for another 30 pounds, so it's going to be a LONG fast!

This is a reply to # 700,826After not exercising for several days, I got back on the treadmill and made it for 2 miles. This is the first time since we bought the treadmill that I've lasted that long. It took 47 minutes. Again, progress. I hope some day soon to make it to 3 miles, by increasing my pace a bit. I still hang on about half the time because I don't trust my knees.

congrats on your totally amazing inspirational fasting ! Im just beginning mine and your story has totally encouraged me no end. We were both around on this site last year so its really nice to see yr name pop up. I'll be watching your fast as well. Hang in there, and you'll be past the "hard" part in no time!
