I'm with you, Violet. I've hit a plateau for the past 3.5 weeks (after fairly steady loss) due to, of course... the holidays. I'm feeling a little run-down and bloated as well from all the crap I've been ingesting.
I'm aiming for 3-5 days myself. I'll end it depending on how I feel, but I don't expect to fast more than 5 days. I started this morning; a water fast. Just finished my first 32
oz. of water and feeling pretty good. Taking my vitamins, drinking my green tea.
After day 2 I may add juice in as I don't want to stop going to the gym. Good luck!
