Stats: 5'4, 145.2 pounds, 31.7% body fat EEEEEKKKK.
I'm really tired today. Went to bed at 7:50AM and woke up at 10AM. My body is still in a funk since returning from Australia last week. I can't fall asleep either because I have so much to do.
As for the fast, I will mostly do water. On the days I need energy, I will drink herbal tea and/or juice. Just a little juice. Not so much. Last month when I did my fast, I had unlimited amounts of energy for 2 out of the 10 days. The rest of the time, I was bedridden. I was so weak and slow. I don't want to feel that again since I want to do a 20-30 day fast. That's my goal, but I'm going to do at least 10, then take it one day at a time after.
Feel fat. ugh. I really need to learn how to keep this weight off for good! Actually, I was doing really really really well after my fast. I only gained like 3-4 pounds. It was that darn trip to Australia to visit my family and relatives that did me in. Crap.
Day 1 to healthiness and a slim body! yeah. Like Marion said, it'll go by fast. It better!
