Ok well I'm on day 7 of my fast and besides stomach pains I am feeling so so weak. I was at the post office today and I was standing in line...STANDING...and I kept having to catch my breath. I don't know why, I have done much longer fasts before and I have never felt this way, I had so much more energy before.
Even if I take a couple of steps I am very winded and want to lay down. I am worried! Is everything ok with me? I thought maybe if I ate I'd feel better so I ate a little salad and had a couple of sips of diet coke. I am very worried about this now...I am planning on fasting till next Friday!
Does anyone have any tips, words of wisdom?
I'm very scared!

i guess so..and so, do u want to keep fasting, in this case, you might just take some more rest now you feel so tired...i was terribly tired last day 7 on my water fast..that was incredible..so i rested and rested and rested...the day after, i felt great!

MoreThis is a reply to # 698,902it's your heart! you need to lay down is your heart beating really fast? if so lay down and drink a cup of warm water with a lemon wedge along with some honey! sorry but how much do you weight? if you are extremely over weight you need to alternate with a juice/water fast! it's your heart hun! relax and try your hardest to just lay down as much as you can! also if your arm is hurting it could mean you are having a heart attack! sometimes not everyone can fast longer and some can! now I am worried

This is a reply to # 698,905sammie, you sound soooooooooooooooooooooooooo terrible, i'd feel so depressed if you were answering my post!....
i've felt my heart beating strong some times while fasting, and just taking it easy makes it right, pass i mean...just having some rest....
well, this is just my opinion, i would not panick if i were her, i would just...take it easy!
but here again, just my opinion!

This is a reply to # 698,906Sorry if you took it into the wrong context! remember I was overweight hense 310 when I started my fast almost a year ago or so I was overweight! and my heart beating fast ment that I was having heart stress something was terribly wrong! usually when you feel that your heart is beating yet alone you feel sick lol that's a cry for help! no need to worry just becareful is what I said. JUST MY OPINION

This is a reply to # 698,902well i talked to a doctor and she thinks I have walking psnemonia. I also have this deep cough now that makes my stomach caves it. So I guess it isn't my heart, its my lungs...they probably have fluid in them
I'm really scared though because if I have to take Antibiotics , I have to take them with food right? Is there any possible way I can take pills with something else?

Omg that's really bad! maybe fasting for a long time is not good for you hun! sorry I thought it was your heart I always think everything is about the heart lol Good luck hun! I really hope all is well!
