The last time I was fasting, when I got to my twenty-second day or so, I started feeling like I was coming down with a cold. This, together with the fatigue and cold I was experiencing at that time, was what led me to eat the bad foods, feeling like I just needed to "refuel" a bit. I think it would have just passed, although if I start feeling like that again, I may have a few days of broth. Each large cup only has 5 calories, no carbs, and I don't think will do much to slow down my weight loss, but it's so very comforting when you are not feeling well or when you are feeling weak.
I have actually come to the conclusion that doing water only does not really lead to greater weight loss than including
Sugar free drinks and broth, at least in my case. But I'm not entirely sure on that yet, so I will continue with just water for a while longer until I have completed a good period of time for comparison.
