thought i'd let ya'll know how i'm doing! my weigh in was at about 163.. which means a total of about 12 lbs! i'm starting to not feel so awful/ stinky breath in the morning, i think major ketosis is finally kickin in since i stopped consumption of juices weds afternoon. i am starting to feel a lot weaker though, it's hard to have a lot of energy to do much of anything. my goal is to do another 12 days on the water to get me hovering 150 if i continue to lose a lb a day, breaking the fast weds afternoon on july 8th. also thought id share a website i found for those who are water fasting, its very interesting and supports it showing scientific evidence.. definitely a motivator!
