thanks, actually someone else in this forum had suggested miso soup, so I bought some of that and tried it yesterday and today. It tastes great and is only 25 calories. So, this is day 3 for me and so far it is going pretty easy. I am trying not to weigh myself until I have finished day 10 because I always get discouraged. I really would like to lose 20
pounds in 10 days, but if I could do at least 15 that would really help. I am excercising around 40 minutes a day - trying to drink a lot of water. hope I can stay with it.
