I'm new here and have read a few posts. Not much mention is made about vegan proteins. How does everyone get protein. I know, beans. Anything else? Sprouted wheat grass and alfalfa? Thanks obj

I know im not a vegan (yet!?) but I know a few - nuts and seeds.
I remember reading in a Daniel Reid book that a handful of almonds a day would equal the total amount of protien needed. I think we all seriously overindulge on protiens.
