It all made since when I read your post. I had a terribly worn tooth brush for some reason this summer, and I had new cankers shortly after old ones healed. I would stop brushing because of the pain. They would heal. Started brushing and new ones started. Then I started brushing with a new brush, and either Hydrogen peroxide,
SLS free tooth paste, Mouth Wash, or baking soda. No more cankers!
A month or so later I started getting a cold and a couple cankers. I read Vitamin C would make cankers worse. I read another post that said take 2 to 3 grams of Vitamin C every few hours at the first symptoms of a cold. Crap!
The cankers were better by the end of the day! I also take Coral Calcium Complex (by Swanson) with Magnesium and D. I stumbled on calcium relieving my back pain, and I read keeping your body alkaline keeps you healthy.
