Need some advice. I am finishing a 21 day fast on Sunday. I will be breaking the fast and begin eating on Tuesday. I am a novice vegetarian. I have been this way for a few months. I need help with variety. My problem is that although I love vegetables and fruits, I ate way too many carbs. I have also read about the dangers of flour, cheese, etc. in the book "Body by God". Anyone have any suggestions.
