i want to be in a group!!! pleeeeeease, im feeling left out :( only problem is that im on day 5 of my fast. here in UK its about 9am now. my stomach has finally stopped throbbing as much as it did before. although i still be nausated sometimes over day 4 and more so on day 3. i do think each day is better though. I read Dr Paul Braggs "miracle of fasting" cover to cover last night. And am now rethinking 14days. he recommends 4 7-10day yearly fasts, and also a weekly 24/36hour fast. so i think i will prob only fast this time for 11 or 12 days. and fast again in 3-4months for 7/10 days like he recommends.
I dont think im that toxified since i been veggie from birth, gave up eggs 1.5years ago, quit drinking and smoking same time (VERY hard for a college/uni student!). ummmm being eating organic veggie soup everyday and my mums home cooked NON spicy NON oily indian cooking as my 2nd meal of the day. and on weekends, im working, and make wholemeal pasta normally, although the peas and sweetrcorn are not organic :(
one problem i had is that in the weeks leading up to this fast i ate really unhealthily, and had crisps sandwich most days :( had exams etc, so was stresssed, and didnt think i had an hour to spare cooking my soup.
also, how is everyone in the group (which im a member of????????) planning on breaking their fasts?? Dr Bragg recommends eating stewed tomatoes on the evening of your last day! while most say u wait till u actually finish and then have fresh juices to start with
