I have been on veggies & fruits for 3 weeks now. I have seen changes in my skin, and I'm feeling good. I want to stick to eating only fruits & veggies, but my
Sugar cravings are just unbearable!! Today I totally caved in and ate a whole bunch of chocolate! I really want to do this, but what do I do when I feel these strong cravings? I Don't want to go back to feeling horrible again, and feeling sick. And it seems like licking some honey just doesn't cut it. I have to have something sweet!
Can anyone help me?
