Hi Quetzel! Congratulations! I have to confess I 'jumped ship' and am hanging over at the
Master Cleanse Forum , and doing that cleanse now, not juices. I enjoyed the juice but found the prep time and amount of time
juicing and cleaning the juicer to be prohibitive. So now I'm just
juicing 6 limes a day, and adding mapler syrup, cayenne, and (my own twist) ginger + water of course. But still with it, finishing up day 10 and feeling very strong! And I have time for so much other stuff now I'm not
juicing all the time!

pounds so far, and though like you had tired and low energy days on days 6 and 7, I've been feeling pretty good since then. I'm going to go 18 days I think, then break for 5 so I'm able to partake in the goodies we're having at a party here on the 15th. IF I have an appetite back by then, lol! Can't believe it but I really have no cravings, no interest in food at all! Went grocery shopping for my gang of 3 boys and DH as we're going camping for the long weekend tomorrow, didn't faze me a bit. Hope it lasts once I break, lol! I'm looking forward to the long weekend away now, was a bit worried the first few days of the fast that I wouldn't be able to stick it out, but now I know that won't be a problem.
Anyone having trouble with hunger pangs for the first few days, try this juice, it really works to balance blood
