Don't buy the already made enema kits. Someone here recently talked about how they did those and they were sick and in pain afterwards. I've never heard that it is o.k. to use the already made ones.

They have enema bags you can by at Walmart or Rite-Aide/Walgreens. You can do all different kinds of recipes. Coffee, plain water, lemon and pro-bitoic are my usuals. Look up "enema" on curezone and you'll see full instructions on how to do one. Oh, and it's best to use vitamin E gel caps to lubricate the end.
