I don't think anyone knows what cold is unless they've fasted or gotten frost bite before. lol
It's supposed to be spring in our neck of the woods, but no such luck. Out of the last 38 days, we've had 26 days of rain and cold. My son's baseball season started two weeks ago and every game has been canceled. Today they desperately tried to play, but soon the wind picked up and the rain started pouring. Huge drops of rain that just soaked right through your clothes.
I was frozed beyond frozen. My hands were so cold they hurt and the rain stung at my face like a million bees. It was bad. When we finally made it to the car, not even the car's heater could warm me because my clothes were soaked. I'm really looking forward to my bath tonight. Nothing warms a faster's body, like soaking in HOT water.
Yes, I highly recommend fasting when the weather is warm.... :D I crave SUN! lol :)

theer's plenty of beautiful shinning sun out here, north india and its just warm perfect during day and fresh eves and mornings...love it!!!
i am just starting now, (day 4)to appreciate this warm weather without feeling too heavy and full of unecessary stuff...:))))

This is a reply to # 681,105I agree that nobody knows cold until they've fasted!! I'm in Michigan, and our weather hasn't been as bad as yours with all that rain, but we get a lot of wind here, which cools it down. Today it's only suppose to be up to 47*, our average is 56* for this time of year. We have gotten a lot of rain the last couple of days.
I'm sorry that you got so wet and cold....brrrrrr...I hate being cold like that! Yes, a hot bath would be wonderful!!

I have to keep a sweater on in the house, and can't turn the air on in the car, even though it is 89 here today. I crave sun while fasting or on raw foods, too. Stay warm! It will get warm there eventually, right?

This is a reply to # 681,105Even I am living in western Europe, it has been sever cold for the all the past 3 months. Even now, I cannot see green leaves on the trees. The weather seems so cold for me too.. I dress very thick warm cloths..still feel cold in the early morning to go to office. But I will be very happy to welcome the warm weather... till then I become more healthy,, lighter.. more joyful..
Dress warm enough, Livingwater, especially dress very warm on your feet and legs. The coldness is coming into the body from the feet..
