i am now 7 weeks post my 30 day juice fast and now mostly a raw diet. when i do consume cooked meat like beef or chicken or fish the next day i have quite strong pains in my stomach, like intergestion but worst. i have also had a rash on two occasions after eating chicken. all meat is organic and prepared low fat no additives. i am also eating small portions and only may be once or twice a week. it feels like my body is not tollerating the protein? but at the same time i feel a need for more protein in my diet. has anyone experienced this before and any comments? thanks julie
Go to your blog. Then highlight the URL or what's in the ADDRESS field. Then right click with your mouse, and you'll get a drop down menu. Click on copy. Then go to the browser window that you want the link added to. Position your cursor where you want to put the link (where you usually type your message.) Right click again, and choose paste. That's all there is to it.
Hmmm... I usually wait a month or two before introducing meat after a long fast, but I've not had problems with it.... Do you think that you maybe be going through a slow detox, since you're on raw foods?
