As you hit the hard detox days, remind yourself of WHY you're feeling so terrible. You want those toxins OUT, and the detox is telling you that it's working. You ARE making progress. Just keep the bowels moving, your skin clean, and drink PLENTY of water to keep flushing the toxins as fast as you can.
I brush my teeth, tongue, whole mouth with baking soda and peroxide, and it helps with the stickiness and breath. Unfortunately it doesn't last long.
Congrats on the weight loss. Keep it up and you'll be SO glad you did the fast!
