Im am doing a juice fast for a couple weeks to clean out and drop as much weight as I can. I have done the
Master-Cleanse for 14 days a couple months ago.
I have read a couple conflicting things so my question is what is the best resource / ebook for how to best lose weight on the juice fast?
Secondly, here's some stuff I read that Im not sure about:
1. Don't juice with the same veggies everyday cuz you'll build up an allergy to them. Is this true?
2. Don't make a lot of juice, because the fewer calories you intake the more it has to eat from your insides. Hence more detoxification if you drink less. Is that true?
Here's my routine. Keep in mind Im going for the most amount of weight loss. Im about 30-40
pounds overweight now.
Brisk walk each morning.
drink about 75
ounces of water a day.
5-6 times a day making a juice
25 ounce Juice every 2 hours consisting of:
Kale
Chards
Spinach
Lettuce
Celery
1 lemon
1 apple
big chunk of ginger
Am I missing anything I need to be
juicing to help my results?
Am I taking in too much juice?
I want to lose weight. so are there some veggies that are better for that then others? Or certain mixures that work symbiotically to help break down fats? example, making one drink kale / carrots, because those really break down the fat.. etc.
Thanks for your info. I really want to find a great resource on how best to perform the juice fast. I work from home so its no problem to be
juicing all day. I didnt have that great of a result from the MC, and really want to make this one count!
