I have a number of
food intolerances which lead to various weird responses. It's not just veggies, it's also wheat, pork, cayenne, patrika, cinnamon, etc.
I have not tried wheatgrass so far, as I don't have an appropriate juicer and yesterday when I went to Mrs. Greens (local health food market) I was too chicken, fearing I might have a reaction while I drive. I should have just bought the wheatgrass juice and taken it with me and drink it once I was at home.
I don't eat raw, nor am I a vegetarian. (One of the reasons being that so many veggies incl. eggplant, spinach, kale, anything dark and leafy, bell peppers, etc. don't agree with me and I get anything from insomnia to night terrors/nightmares to migraines)
I love fruit though! :-) And it seems to agree with me (exception: plums) - I eat probably 8 - 10 servings of fruit a day when I eat normally.
