Me. I'm fasting now. I've juice fasted successfully in the past too.
Its important for me to make sure I drink juice often enough not to have a big blood
Sugar crash. Yesterday I jucied six times (8
oz glasses), but today I'm going to try and do more, perhaps slightly smaller glasses more often? I was also wondering about chromium....perhaps supps would be a good idea (though most people prefer not to take supps on a true juice fast), or, even better......does chromium occur naturally in certain vegetables? If so...use those veges frequently. I'm trying not to use too much fruit, mostly veges.
Will see what I can find re chromium in veges/fruits :o)
