it depends. if i am fasting then i strain the juice because i fear too much pulp could trigger a digestive reaction. if i am not fasting i don't worry about it. for me oranges are different, as they are mostly juice anyway, and i don't worry about a little orange pulp. i do however worry about some carrot or spinach pulp. but thats just me, you could try it both ways and see which way works for you.
