Hello,
What I personally recommend is that you seek natural skin care options and natural
Antibiotics over the harsh medications and
Antibiotics that you are currently using. The damage to your body from the accutane/roaccutane is probably what your skin is trying to recover from. Unfortunately, because you are still prescribed harmful medications (like the steroid &
Antibiotics ) the problem with your skin is compounded or made worse. My cousin was prescribed accutane to treat her
Acne and now has Graves disease.
I personally suffered with
Acne throughout my teens and into my adulthood. When I would ask my dermatologist (I had several) about water or nutrition, they would all reply that it wasn't really an issue. I was prescribed several harsh medications; but drew the line at accutane (because I actually read the side effects and felt it wasn't worth the risk). At about the age of 25, I finally got fed up with the dermatologist and decided to take charge of my health. I stopped the chips/soft drinks and began drinking a lot of water and eating more fruits and vegetables. In addition, I focused on finding good skin care products for my skin; as opposed to medications. In weeks, the
Acne that depressed me in my teens and young adulthood began to disappear. Although I was happy about the success, I have to admit I was very angry at the many dermatologist that I had seen over the years who could have stressed the importance of nutrition; but instead chose to keep me a repetitive patient with their prescriptions that keep the cycle of suffering going.
So, with both the acne and the eczema, I have personal experience. What you eat and what you drink are essential to your good skin health. The website that I referred you to in my earlier post has a listing of the vitamins, minerals and protein that eczema and acne sufferers are lacking; and therefore, need to replenish. It is a listing of the whole foods (natural, not processed) like fruits, vegetables, grains .... that are necessary to replenish nutritional needs of the body. You didn't mention your water intake. I also suggest that you increase your daily water consumption. A good way to do that is by purchasing bottled waters.
Realizing that you are not residing in America, but located in India, I will refer you to several skin care options that are available through the web.

In summary and to reiterate, I suggest that you opt for natural skin care options and that you address your nutritional needs with more water intake and a healthy diet. By the way, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, and beta carotene are all natural ways of boosting your immune health. They provide natural antioxidant, antihistamine, and antibacterial functions. By implementing the natural antibiotics, you can eliminate the continual usage of the harsh antibiotics that can often produce side effects, like eczema, when used.
