20th Day of my fast and I broke it at lunch time. I wanted to go longer, but could tell my body was getting fatigued and needed a break from the fast. I did 10 days juice, 5 days Master Cleanse, and 5 days water. Only when I went to just water did I feel any discomfort.
I have lost weight, and my blood pressure checked normal (first time in 2 years.) It felt weird to eat, but the organic salad I had was so tasty.
Fasts should last as long as they are meant to. I had fantasies of going the 40, but always knew that my body would tell me when to quit. Today became that day.
