If your Acne is focused on the lower part of the face, and if you are masturbating exessively regularily (like many times a day), TRY TO AVOID IT FOR 14-21 DAYS!!! IF IT DOESNT work im mistaken, but it WORKED ON ME!! I am completely cleansed now, without help from ANY MEDICATIONS ... I have sufffered from severe pustulic Acne for 3 years... started about the time i began masturbading a lot..., after 17 days of not masturbading at all ... Doctors say that SOME HORMONES ARE RELEASED WHEN MASTUrBATing -those who enhance acne... But the amounts should be way too small to do any harm...
