Help,
I have had Acne my whole life. I seem to break out with cystic Acne after ovulation and the 10 days before I get mt period. It travels all over my face. Not one site.
I have done 3 Liver Flushes and it seems to be bad and getting worse around my jaw line...gland area.
I am getting so depressed! I feel hopeless!
Any ideas!!!

Acne is bacterial. A good Colloidal Silver should help with this. I have it worse close to my period, and have also taken
a natural progesterone cream and it all but eliminated the acne.
I use a Colloidal Silver called Silver Hydrosol internally and on my face. The progesterone cream I use is Perfect Balance NPC and I use that 25 days out of the month. It has worked great.
