Please help!

Whats the cause of the dandruff? I have dandruff since gradeschool and what I notice about it is that it only get itchy whenever I'm - sweating ; expose to sunlight for too long; angry ; nervous. Is there an organ in the body that when becomes too hot causes dandruff?
